I assume you are using the Brave Browser? They have recently pushed an update that is defaulting on their own Brave Wallet instead.
Please try the following:
- Go to brave://settings/wallet in your URL bar
- Set Default Cryptocurrency Wallet to 'None'
- Hard-refresh app.pooltogether.com with Ctrl+F5 for windows
